3) Protect pedestrians and wild animals on roads in rural areas

 

2. Current circumstances

 

1) Curbs on roads in rural areas left unmaintained

 

2) only street lights beaming down onto roads

 

3) High death rate of night traffic accident in rural areas

 

4) Limitation of the effects from campaign and modifying laws to decrease

night traffic accident rate

 

3. Problems

 

 

1) High traffic accidents rate on a curve due to failing secure the broad

enough vision to drive at night

 

2) Hard to react safely before running over pedestrians

 

3) Causing accidents under bad weather by driver's failing to secure the vision

➩ the main reason for the increasing traffic accident rate and death rate

 

4. Solution

 

Installing the light reflecting curbs at the both edges of the roads

with other existing safety facilities.
